Spomenka Štimec ({{IPA|hr|spômeːŋka ʃtǐːmet͡s}}; born 4 January 1949 in Orehovica) is a Croatian writer who is an acclaimed contemporary writer in Esperanto,{{cite encyclopedia|title=Štimec, Spomenka|encyclopedia=Concise Encyclopedia of the Original Literature of Esperanto, 1887-2007|last=Sutton|first=Geoffrey|publisher=Mondial|location=New York|year=2008}} and also significant to Esperanto in Croatia.[http://www.huffingtonpost.com/huff-wires/20091215/eu-poland-esperanto/ The Huffington Post] In 1994 she shared the cultural award Alena Esperanto-Kulturpremio with the magazine Heroldo de Esperanto.
