Springholm is a village in the historical county of Kirkcudbrightshire in Dumfries and Galloway, Scotland. It is located {{convert|14|mi}} west of Dumfries on the A75. The village has a primary school, which also serves for the local village of Kirkpatrick Durham.{{cite web|url=http://www.dumgal.gov.uk/index.aspx?articleid=4313|title= Springholm Primary School |publisher= Dumfries and Galloway Council |accessdate=2012-01-26}} Springholm and Crocketford ({{convert|2|mi|disp=or|abbr=out|0}} to the north-east) are the only two settlements that are not bypassed by the A75.
