In the Werk Room, the contestants decide how to distribute points received on the previous episode. Cynthia Lee Fontaine gives her point to Alyssa Hunter. Denali gives her point to Acid Betty. Acid Betty gives her point to Denali. Alyssia Hunter gives her point to Cynthia Lee Fontaine.

On a new day, RuPaul greets the contestants and reveals the mini challenge: a photo shoot inspired by Cher Horowitz from the 1995 film Clueless. Denali wins the mini challenge and receives a prize of $1,000.

RuPaul reveals the main challenge: to perform in the Stagecoach-inspired drag festival Stagecooch. In two groups, the contestants will perform one of two country songs with original verses: "Key Your Car" and "Trailer Hitch". The contestants self-select teams and each group is responsible for staging. Cynthia Lee Fontiane, Daya Betty, and Ginger Minj select "Key Your Car". Acid Betty, Alyssa Hunter, and Denali select "Trailer Hitch".

The contestants record vocals with musician Orville Peck and composer David Steinberg, then rehearse choreography on the main stage. Back in the Werk Room, the contestants prepare for the performances and runway. On the main stage. RuPaul welcomes fellow panelists Michelle Visage and Ross Mathews, as well as Jamal Sims. The runway category is "Night of a Thousand Mileys". After the two groups perform, the contestants present their runway looks.

The judges give their critiques to the contestants, then deliberate. Denali and Ginger Minj are named the top two contestants of the week, earning two points each. Two two face off in a lip-sync contest to "See You Again" (2007) by Miley Cyrus. Ginger Minj is deemed the winner, earning an additional point as well as $10,000. The bottom four contestants each receive an "MVQ" point.
