Stare Borne {{IPAc-pl|'|s|t|a|r|e|-|'|b|o|r|n|e}} (German Hohenborn) is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Bobolice, within Koszalin County, West Pomeranian Voivodeship, in north-western Poland.{{TERYT}} It lies approximately {{convert|9|km|mi|0|abbr=on}} north-east of Bobolice, {{convert|39|km|mi|0|abbr=on}} south-east of Koszalin, and {{convert|153|km|mi|0|abbr=on}} north-east of the regional capital Szczecin.
