History
The first written mention of the village was in 1211.{{ТІМС|2|303—305|Уніят В.|Старий Збараж}}
After the liquidation of the Zbarazh Raion on 19 July 2020, the village became part of the Ternopil Raion.Постанова Верховної Ради України від 17 липня 2020 року № 807-IX "[https://zakon.rada.gov.ua/laws/show/807-IX Про утворення та ліквідацію районів]"
