A woven or storiform pattern is a histopathologic architectural pattern. The name "storiform" originates {{ety|la|storea|woven}}, as storiform tissue tends to resemble woven fabric on microscopy.
Storiform fibrosis is a histologic sign of IgG4-related disease, accompanied by a dense lymphoplasmocytic infiltrate, often a partially eosinophilic infiltrate and obliterative phlebitis.{{cite journal |last1=Stone |first1=John H. |last2=Zen |first2=Yoh |last3=Deshpande |first3=Vikram |title=IgG4-Related Disease |journal=The New England Journal of Medicine |volume=366 |pages=539-551 |year=2012 |doi=10.1056/NEJMra1104650}}{{cite journal |last1=Deshpande |first1=Vikram |last2=Zen |first2=Yoh |last3=Chan |first3=John K.C. |last4=Yi |first4=Eunhee E. |last5=Sato |first5=Yasuharu |last6=Yoshino |first6=Tadashi |last7=Klöppel |first7=Günter |last8=Heathcote |first8=J.
