History

On 1 October 2017 Suez bought the Water & Process Technologies unit from GE Power for 3.4 billion dollars {{Cite news|url=https://www.reuters.com/article/us-suez-ge-idUSKBN16F26G |title=Suez targets industrial water with $3.4 billion GE Water deal |last=De Clercq |first=Geert |date=2017-03-08 |work=Reuters |access-date=2019-08-10}} and formed a new business unit called Suez Water Technologies & Solutions. Suez shares are listed on the Euronext exchanges in Paris and Brussels.
