Sugar Wharf is a mixed-use development currently under construction at Queens Quay East, across the street from the Redpath Sugar Refinery, in Toronto, Ontario. All buildings will be connected to the PATH network.{{cite news|url=https://www.thestar.com/life/homes/2019/01/25/sugar-wharf-to-create-a-mini-city-on-toronto-waterfront-site.html|title=Sugar Wharf to create a 'mini city' on Toronto waterfront site|last=Vyhnak|first=Carola|date=25 January 2019|work=Toronto Star|accessdate=4 April 2019|archive-url=https://web.archive.org/web/20190203195325/https://www.thestar.com/life/homes/2019/01/25/sugar-wharf-to-create-a-mini-city-on-toronto-waterfront-site.html|archive-date=3 February 2019|url-status=live}}

The development is projected to house 8,000 residents.

The {{convert|4.7|hectare|acre|adj=on}} parcel cost $260 million when purchased in May 2016. Originally, the central building on the site was the headquarters of the Liquor Control Board of Ontario, and a large attached warehouse.{{Citation needed|date=June 2019}}
