Sunbury is an unincorporated community in Cedar County, Iowa, United States. History

Sunbury was the location of the Sunbury Dance Hall, which opened circa 1895 and closed in 1964.{{cn|date=April 2025}} The hamlet also boasted a bank, which opened in 1901.Aurner, C.R. (1910).
