At the end of the event, Valentina Sánchez of Nueva Esparta crowned her successor Selene Delgado of Miranda as Miss Supranational Venezuela 2023. At the same time, Ismelys Velásquez of La Guaira was appointed as Miss Supranational Venezuela 2022. Also, William Badell of Zulia titled his successor Jorge Eduardo Núñez of Zulia as Mister Supranational Venezuela 2023.
