The Swedish Painters' Union ({{langx|sv|Svenska Målareförbundet}}, SMF or Målarna) is a trade union representing painters and decorators in Sweden.

The union was founded on 2 October 1887 at a meeting in Stockholm, and originally had 800 members. It affiliated to the Swedish Trade Union Confederation in 1899, and by 1907 had grown to 4,298 members. After a decade with fluctuating membership, it began growing again, reaching a maximum membership of 22,582 in 1966. Since then, membership has steadily fallen, and in 2019 stood at 10,918.{{cite book |last1=Kjellberg |first1=Anders |title=The Membership Development of Swedish Trade Unions and Union Confederations Since the End of the Nineteenth Century |date=2017 |publisher=Lund University |isbn=978-9172673106 |page=97–99}}{{cite book |last1=Ebbinghaus |first1=Bernhard |last2=Visser |first2=Jelle |title=Trade Unions in Western Europe Since 1945 |date=2000 |publisher=Palgrave Macmillan |location=Basingstoke |isbn=0333771125 |page=626–630}}{{cite book | year = 2005 | title = Trade Unions of the World | editor = ICTUR | editor-link = International Centre for Trade Union Rights | display-editors = etal | edition = 6th | publisher = John Harper Publishing | location = London, UK | isbn = 0-9543811-5-7}}
