Sybilla Maria Dekker (born 23 March 1942) is a retired Dutch politician of the People's Party for Freedom and Democracy (VVD) and businesswoman. A member of the People's Party for Freedom and Democracy (VVD), she was minister of Housing, Spatial Planning and the Environment in the second and third Balkenende cabinets.
