TB6Cs1H2 snoRNA
TB6Cs1H2 is a member of the H/ACA-like class of non-coding RNA (ncRNA) molecule that guide the sites of modification of uridines to pseudouridines of substrate RNAs. It is known as a small nucleolar RNA (snoRNA) thus named because of its cellular localization in the nucleolus of the eukaryotic cell. The target TB6Cs1H2 guides is unknown.{{cite journal|vauthors=Liang XH, Uliel S, Hury A, Barth S, Doniger T, Unger R, Michaeli S |title=A genome-wide analysis of C/D and H/ACA-like small nucleolar RNAs in Trypanosoma brucei reveals a trypanosome-specific pattern of rRNA modification.|journal=RNA|date=May 2005|volume=11|issue=5|pages=619–645|pmid=15840815|doi=10.1261/rna.7174805|pmc=1370750}}
