The Theban Tomb TT54 is located in Sheikh Abd el-Qurna, part of the Theban Necropolis, on the west bank of the Nile, opposite to Luxor.{{cite web|url=http://www.tmpbibliography.com/resources/bibliography_5nv_tombs_of_the_nobles_tt54_hui_usurped_by_kenro_and_his_son_khonsu.html|title=Bibliography for TT 54: Hui, usurped by Kenro and his son, Khonsu.|accessdate=2015-02-04}} It was originally the burial place of the ancient Egyptian official Hui, who was an official during the reign of Thutmose IV and Amenhotep III.
