Career
Abe joined V-Varen Nagasaki in 2021. International career
Abe was called up to the Japan U20s for the 2023 AFC U-20 Asian Cup. He made his debut on 3 March 2023, coming on for Sota Kitano in a 2–1 win against China U20s.{{cite web|url=https://int.soccerway.com/matches/2023/03/03/asia/afc-u20-asian-cup/japan-youth/china-youth/3979342/|title = Japan Youth vs China Youth - 23 March 2023|website=int.soccerway.com}} Japan were able to get to the Semi Finals before being knocked out on penalties by Iraq Under 20s.
