{{Nihongo|Takayo Kondo|近藤 高代|Kondō Takayo|born 17 November 1975 in Ōtsu, Shiga}} is a retired Japanese athlete specialising in the pole vault.{{World Athletics}} She competed at the 2004 Summer Olympics and three consecutive World Championships each time failing to qualify for the final.
