:2008 Norwegian First Division → {{no redirect|2008 1. divisjon}} – Norwegian First Division is not the real name of this Norwegian second-tier football league. The correct naming should be YYYY 1. divisjon for all seasons (YYYY = Year). A lower-case "d" is the correct way of writing "1. divisjon". Examples from other countries: 2018 1. deild karla (Iceland), 2017 1. deild (Faroe Islands) and 2018–19 2. • Oppose. The name [https://www.google.co.uk/search?q=%221+divisjon%22 1. divisjon] barely registers on Google at all. The name of the league itself was set at Norwegian First Division in a 2014 RM on Talk:Norwegian First Division#Request move the talk page until an undiscussed move last October and another undiscussed move this June. • Update: The Norwegian First Division article has been moved to 1. divisjon as the result of an RM, which presumably largely invalidates the opposing comments above. Number 57 16:14, 5 December 2018 (UTC)
• Oppose per {{U|Amakuru}} and WP:USEENGLISH, and the Norwegian First Division → 1. divisjon move should be redone. In neither discussion is there evidence that reliable English sources uses the divisjon spelling.
