:A Shadow of the Past → {{no redirect|A Shadow of the Past (The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power)}} – This move was suggested at Wikipedia talk:WikiProject Middle-earth#The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power episodes based on consistency with the other episode articles for this series. I was initially hesitant as I felt that was not a good reason and there was no technical need for the added disambiguation, but I have come to see the value here. There are currently three very similarly named articles, this one as well as Shadow of the Past and The Shadow of the Past. I am starting a discussion in case others have thoughts on the overall approach here, but either way if we are going to move towards a disambiguation page or something similar then I think moving this article makes a lot of sense. - adamstom97 (talk) 11:48, 8 August 2024 (UTC)

  • Oppose - This is not an ambiguous title, so adding unnecessary parenthetical disambiguation is not consistent with the WP:AT policy. Potential confusion among the three similar titles can be dealt with by hatnotes, or by creating Shadow of the Past (disambiguation), but neither option would result in a move of this page.--Trystan (talk) 14:47, 8 August 2024 (UTC)
