I have removed content that was not supported by the sources supplied. I have also removed information about the host and the television production company because the article is about the television program, not the host or GEO. ::You can, but you cant not use sources that do not mention the subject which is what you have been doing.

I guess we need a disambiguation page for this article. We have Aapas ki Baat and Aapas Ki Baat as two different pages.
