A citation is needed for the claim that "The term was introduced by John McDermott and Chris Fox". Is it based on http://citeseerx.ist.psu.edu/viewdoc/summary?doi=10.1.1.201.837 or another source? I have seen the concept discussed in other documents of similar age, including http://ieeexplore.ieee.org/stamp/stamp.jsp?tp=&arnumber=1306981 where McDermott and Fox are not cited. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Frietta (talk • contribs) 03:42, 12 October 2015 (UTC)
