The article writes "He and his entire family fled to Gaza, settling in al-Shati Camp after his village was ethnically cleansed[12] by the Israel Defense Forces during the 1948 Arab–Israeli War.[10][13]" Ethnically cleansed was not happening, but a war. The article is propaganda and therefor fails to mention credentials / explanations.
: Not done. Hi you! First of all, ethnic cleansing is sourced, so to change it to war, you would need good sources that confirm that it was a war and not ethnic cleansing. But I would like to add to this that ethnic cleansing is a more precise description of what happened in the village than just "war". Furthermore ethnic cleansing is considered a crime against humanity, and I don't see how stating that the IDF committed ethnic cleansing would be pro-Israel propaganda.
