Knighthood

According to Post-nominal letters#Examples, "A Knight Commander of the Order of the British Empire is authorised to use the post-nominal KBE, e.g. "Sir Terry Wogan KBE DL" (DL indicating he was Deputy Lieutenant of Buckinghamshire)." This means that he should be listed as KBE, {{U|Dennisdoby}}. Joseph2302 (talk) 23:06, 28 December 2018 (UTC)

:He has not been made Knight Commander. [https://assets.publishing.service.gov.uk/government/uploads/system/uploads/attachment_data/file/768173/NY19_Queens_List__4_.pdf As stated on the official honours list], he is a Knight Bachelor. Knights Bachelor are styled "Sir" but have no post-nominal. Cook has a CBE post-nominal by virtue of his previous appointment as a Commander in 2017.
