The last time I was on this road (11/13/08) all the signs had ADOT stickers on them. It also seems that ADOT signed a few signs west of 1st Avenue that were TOV signs. The [http://www.azhighwaydata.com/resolutions/?syear=2008&eyear=2008&crc=&rtnum=989&submit1=Submit resolutions] seem to only talk about getting rid of drainage and utility easements, not the highway itself. I'm removing the part about SR 989 being given back to the town. --NE2 01:05, 25 December 2010 (UTC)
