I'm surprised many reviewers didn't mention the lack of lip sync in Tamil.

From The New Indian Express, {{tq|Some of the lip-syncing in the Tamil version is awful. You hear “Azhaithu vaarungal”, but you see the mouth say, “Theesko randi.” You hear “Naan”, but see the mouth say, “Nenu.”}} [https://www.newindianexpress.com/entertainment/review/2017/Apr/28/baahubali-2-review-a-glorious-spectacle-well-worth-the-wait-1598795.html]

From same company Cinema Express [https://www.cinemaexpress.com/stories/columns/2018/May/20/viewfinder-the-big-bilingual-scam-6100.html], {{tq|Many, many films, including Baahubali [...] have been following a worrying formula: Cast an actor each from across regions to appeal to the respective audiences, get them speaking that language, but by and large, shoot the film with the characters speaking one dominant language. In the case of Baahubali of course, this was Telugu}}. No doubt, they were referring to part 2 here.

I'll look for sources in the Tamil language as well but I want to include a statement such that highlight the fact that the sequel, unlike the predecessor, dubbed many scenes from Telugu. How many scenes do you have to retake to become infobox worthy and like Anoopspeaks and I discussed at Wikipedia_talk:WikiProject_Film/Indian_cinema_task_force#CBFC%20mystery. Some films can get straight certificate, despite not reshooting any scenes, which isn't the case here. But it only should be included if deemed significant. Alternatively, the wording can be changed if and only if more sources are found proving the same. DareshMohan (talk) 01:56, 29 August 2024 (UTC)

:We can state "few scenes were partially reshot in Tamil", or use the above source and write "although shot in Tamil, few scenes were dubbed from Telugu version". Jayanthkumar123 (talk) 05:38, 29 August 2024 (UTC)
