married to two women?
He allegedly had married two women, not realizing the first divorce had not been finalized. https://www.mercurynews.com/2016/09/09/ben-vereen-illegally-married-for-36-years — Preceding unsigned comment added by Covudx44 (talk • contribs) 21:59, 4 June 2020 (UTC)

Charles Dance?
What does it matter that he was born on the same day as Charles Dance, other than Vereen is a dancer and Dance is named dance? Static Universe 00:24, 14 November 2006 (UTC)
He can't have been born in Miami ''and'' Laurinburg
Maybe somebody should pick one and roll with it... --Subitted by 66.26.67.57 14:56, 30 October 2008
The reference which is in reference to the Laurinburg birth is not working. The site currently has no reference to Vereens birth in Laurinburg. IMDB has listed his birth as Miami related to the birth date, but in the bio is says Brooklyn born and raised. IBDB and IOBDB list it as Miami. It seems like this need a more indept reseach. --Jpfagerback (talk) 12:44, 26 September 2010 (UTC)
It doens't make sense at all. If the man was born in Laurinburg, he was born in Laurinburg, not Miami. If there's no reference to Laurinburg, delete it. MachoCarioca (talk) 05:21, 11 June 2011 (UTC)
Crash
"In 1992, Vereen was the victim of a life-threatening automobile accident when he was struck by a car driven by record producer David Foster while walking along a Malibu highway. His critical injuries (including a broken leg) required him to undergo arduous physical rehabilitation in the ensuing month"
This makes it sound like it was Foster's fault, wasn't Vereen drunk or in a daze? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 2.30.71.10 (talk) 05:33, 20 June 2013 (UTC)
