All the above mentioned links are official website of different departments of the university. As per Wikipedia:EL Wikipedia articles about any organization, person, website, or other entity should link to the subject's official site, if any. So the addition of above links in the external links is justified
: First, you are misusing the above guideline. If you read it carefully it says "Wikipedia articles about X should link to the subject{{'s}} official site" (my emphasis). So only a link to the subject's website is allowed, and the subject of the article is the university, not the departments. In addition, per WP:ELOFFICIAL "More than one official link should be provided only when the additional links provide the reader with unique content and are not prominently linked from other official websites."
