Someone needs to re-add the relations with Jeffery Epstein section

I recovered parts of it but it’s slightly scrambled and needs to be fixed.

In the early 2000s, Clinton took flights on Jeffrey Epstein's private jet in connection with Clinton Foundation work |3833| According to Epstein's attorney Gerald B Letcount, Epstein was "part of the original group that conceived of the Clinton Gional Initiative*|3e5) In 2002, a spokesperson for Clintan praised Epstein as 'a committed philanthropist" with "insights and generosity"* While Clinton was president Epstein visited the White House at least 17 times. P/Ja) Years later, Epstein was convicted on sex trafficking charges. Clinton's office refused a stutement in 2019 saying.

  • President Clinton knows nothing about the terrible crimes Jeffrey Epstein pleaded guilty to in Florida some years ago, or those with which he has been recently charged in New York. In 2002 and 2003, President Clinton took four trips on Jeftrey Epstein’s airplane: one to Europe, one to Asia, and two to Africa, which included stops in connection with the work of the Cinton Foundation. Staff, supporters of the Foundation, and his Secret Service detail traveled on evory leg of every trip. […] Has not spoken to Epstein in well over a decade.

:Yes this needs to be re added. Not sure why it was removed as its all cited 86.147.54.20 (talk) 22:42, 10 December 2024 (UTC)

:It was not removed, it was moved to Post-presidency of Bill Clinton, [https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?diff=prev&oldid=1236064272 as explained] by the person who did it Archimedes5000 (talk) 18:29, 1 January 2025 (UTC)

::It should be on both 2600:6C4A:42F0:1930:E135:B57B:D3F2:D09D (talk) 13:49, 1 February 2025 (UTC)

:::Why? – Muboshgu (talk) 15:32, 1 February 2025 (UTC)

::::I appreciate you suggesting this revision. As for Wyatt was removed. You said you weren’t sure. It’s because of bias on Wikipedia. That’s why, and one of the editors here who is questioning your suggestion, seems to exist only for for the sake of protecting the left. It would be nice if Wikipedia could be more objective and less political, but I think that’s not possible. 2605:BA00:A118:C70:B8C7:CB2F:EBDA:56F4 (talk) 06:30, 26 May 2025 (UTC)

Health sections

Why are there two separate sections for his health (one in Personal Life and one in Post-presidential health concerns)? I don't see much of a distinction between them and I think they should be merged. Can I have access to this article to change it? 2A02:C7C:2DCE:1F00:D8E9:6FF4:DCCD:4191 (talk) 19:57, 28 January 2025 (UTC)

New Infobox image

The current official portrait lead image is over 30 years old and not at all representative of the subject as they currently exist. As Bill Clinton is still alive and still at least somewhat active, he should have a lead image that is more representative of his current appearance. I suggest this one from 2015 but please feel free to suggest other options. File:Bill Clinton (2015).jpg Lord Beesus (talk) 05:15, 25 March 2025 (UTC)

:The tradition for US presidents and most politicians on Wikipedia is to include the subject's official portrait. This is because it portrays the subject in the thing they were known for. That's why Barack Obama is the same as it was since 2012. AsaQuathern (talk) 23:35, 25 March 2025 (UTC)

::I guess if he did something that would make himself back into the spotlight and someone of great interest (other than DNC speeches) then we may have to change it. AsaQuathern (talk) 00:09, 26 March 2025 (UTC)

Requesting deletion of Epstein section

I request that the section on Clinton's relationship with Jeffrey Epstein be removed from the article entirely.

There is no evidence that Clinton was involved in any criminal activities with Epstein, meaning that the entire section is casting guilt by association on him. Him having been friends with Epstein is otherwise of no encyclopaedic value. It is also given undue weight in the article compared to everything else Clinton has done. TKSnaevarr (talk) 05:37, 25 March 2025 (UTC)

:Fully agree. Also worth noting that Donald Trump's article doesn't have a guilt by association section as he also was involved in any criminal activities. But since Clinton wasn't either, the section should be removed from this article too. --209.93.242.220 (talk) 09:05, 25 March 2025 (UTC)
