Population in lead

The use of templates produces the ugly "The borough had a population of 140,980, in the mid-2019 est. " which is not appropriate. Am on phone so can't easily fix it, but will someone please change this to plain text. Thanks. PamD 05:29, 8 July 2021 (UTC)
