Too much focus on 'web' hosting
This article keeps taking a turn towards 'web' hosting, while BPH exists for non-website hosting as well. Think of C&C servers for viruses, and any personal/facilitative servers that establish a cybercriminal's services (which they use for illicit activity). In this regard, we're talking about dedicated and VPS server hosting as well. Any hosting provider for 'pure' servers/non-website hosting services can receive complaints if a cybercriminal's illicit activity is identified to originate from their network, yet BPH will disregard them.
I already converted terms usage to universal (hosting service in general, not web focussed) in my earlier rewrite of this page, yet it keeps taking this turn due to editors being from the webmaster community. I'd like someone else to take the initiative now and correct it, thanks in advance. Blooker (talk) 11:57, 21 October 2022 (UTC)
:The article intents to talk about the AS as a whole, although web hosting is most prominent. And yes, dedis, VPS, etc. will be hosted within an AS/netblock anyway. But the article body doesn't limit to "web" hosting, it talks about the bulletproof AS. The lead should be linked to Internet hosting service rather than web hosting service. --WikiLinuz {talk} 🍁 07:52, 23 October 2022 (UTC)
