Happy to review the article.

As the article is not broad in its coverage, as it only addresses one example of the invention, and discusses that example in copious amounts of detail, I am 'quick failing' it. I would consider seeking to rename the article (something like 'Burt’s solar compass', and creating a more general article about solar compasses.
