Other rail consulting companies

Many potentially notable companies are members of the Canadian Association of Railway Suppliers. (Of course, being a member of the association or being listed in its directory doesn't make a company notable, but if a company's listing in [https://railwaysuppliers.ca/english/directory the Railway Suppliers Directory] looks interesting, you can then try to find references to establish notability.
