Don't redirect to evaluation strategy

Despite the name, call-by-push-value is not really an evaluation strategy or a way to pass parameters. This explains my reverts today. The new article is still a stub because it is rather technical, but it's at least more correct.--Blaisorblade (talk) 00:24, 24 December 2014 (UTC)
