I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in Wikipedia articles constitutes fair use. CCX price chart needs revision. It's way out of date and the ordinate seems to be unitless.

I've removed the Al Gore stuff - [http://www.chicagoclimatex.com/content.jsf?id=981 this page] states that the CCX belongs to Climate Exchange plc, listed in London, which is being bought in April-May 2010 for £395m (about $600m) by a 100%-owned subsidiary of IntercontinentalExchange (ICE), according to [http://www.climateexchangeplc.com/downloads/349_Final%202.5%20Announcement.pdf this statement]. I see that the republicans got the blame for this sham being done away with. Does that mean that the article is saying that the people made a mistake by voting for republicans who clearly disagree with the global warming propganda used to start this exchange?
