I have tagged this article as "conflict of interest." Most edits come from a single account, {{User|Scecolumbia}}, who is obviously associated with the school, and a single static IP address. The article is far too long for a minor school of its kind, and it appears to contain advertising. Deletion may not be the best solution, but WP:NPOV is for now violated. ::I have deleted the extensive sections for the individual programs which would not be encyclopedic in any event (even were they not copyvios), and drastically shortened & rewritten the rest. i think it's usually a good idea to stubbify when possible if the subject is important.
