The chronology of the history section is wacky. The fourth paragraph of the history section references southern black families arriving to Compton in the 1950s. Then the fifth paragraph mainly focuses on the 1920s, 30s, and mentions black residents moving to the area in the 1940s. But then in the sixth paragraph, it again states that black families first started arriving in the 1950s and 60s after the Shelley v. Kraemer verdict.

One solution may be to simply move the fourth paragraph to come after what is currently the sixth paragraph... so that first the 1920s, 30s, and 40s are discussed and then the Shelley v. Kraemer verdict's impact on the 1950s and 1960s is discussed and then finally the move of black southern families to the area in the 1950s is mentioned.
