India (104th amendment)

[https://www.india.gov.in/sites/upload_files/npi/files/coi_part_full.pdf This edit] caught my eye. I have not reverted it, but in light of XX(368)(2) [https://www.india.gov.in/sites/upload_files/npi/files/coi_part_full.pdf here], I'm wondering about presidential assent. It seems to me that, as it mentions nothing about that assent, the source cited is not sufficient to support an assertion that the constitution has been amended. Is this edit premature? Is a better or an additional supporting source needed? Wtmitchell (talk) (earlier Boracay Bill) 09:33, 7 May 2020 (UTC)
