The result of the move request was: Not moved. I was going to boldly move CRESST as suggested below but I notice that {{ul|Ronhjones}} moved it the other direction in 2017, so probably worth a new RM if you want to pursue it. — Martin (MSGJ · talk) 08:09, 16 May 2019 (UTC)

:Cryogenic Rare Event Search with Superconducting Thermometers → {{no redirect|CRESST (experiment)}} – The scientific literature (including both primary and secondary sources) only ever refer to this by its acronym. It is unclear whether this is primary over the subject currently discussed at CRESST, or vice versa. –LaundryPizza03 (d) 22:22, 8 May 2019 (UTC)

  • Oppose Convention in scientific literature is to fully name a thing, introduce its acronym, and then use the acronym going forward. I would want to see broad evidence to the contrary before supporting this change. For what its worth, though, I think the institute currently at CRESST should be fully named in its title as well.
