Reassessed article quality and Wikiproject importance levels

After doing a massive clean-up of this article (still a lot more could be done), I did the following:

  • lowered importance assessments for some of the associated WikiProjects, e.g. much of mathematics doesn't use any numbers at all; computing is very important to data analysis, not vice versa so much.
  • lowered article quality assessment overall: many sources are poor. For example, in most cases, no page numbers given, even for entire books; broken ref templates as a result of missing or invalid URLs. The latter seems to be due to improperly understood purpose of DOIs (digital object identifiers) by prior editors. An entirely separate and more important concern is that several sources were fiction, that is to say, novels or poetry! Given the titles of the works, I suspect they were selected using keyword analysis offered by most citation analysis and bibliometrics services such as Altmetric, PlumX, and Mendeley and were entirely irrelevant to this article about data analysis! Other sources are to research articles in various fields of study that have nothing to do with this Wikipedia page's subject matter, but merely include some form of data analysis, e.g. a chart or histogram, as part of the supplemental material. There are almost no sources that DO pertain to data analysis; most of those that do have no page numbers or chapters, so they aren't helpful. Lowered from a B class article to C.

Also, there is almost zero content on the talk page or archives. This article has been the subject of numerous Wiki Education Foundation-supported course assignments throughout a 10 year interval, yet student editors seem to have added virtually zero content recently (in 2022 and 2023), so the shortcomings of the article isn't their fault!
