Needs to be expanded to address pre-Brown efforts to desegregate the city's schools. The Baltimore Polytechnic Institute entry mentions a lawsuit to desegregate that school. Deanlaw (talk) 05:12, 26 December 2007 (UTC)
I have expanded it by including information on Baltimore Polytechnic Institute and by including citations. I hope to expand this further and have uprated it to C-class for all projects and have moved it to mid imporatance for WikiProject Maryland. Davidkinnen (talk) 23:05, 13 August 2009 (UTC)
"Brown v. Board of Education sought to segregate schools" THIS IS EXACTLY THE OPPOSITE OF THE TRUTH. BvB sought to INTEGRATE schools not segregate schools They were ALREADY segregated. That was the problem BvB aimed to rectify. Please fix this!! — Preceding unsigned comment added by 73.219.133.177 (talk) 01:03, 7 May 2017 (UTC)
