While I would not edit war on a merge and I still respect him as an editor. I feel like {{ping|*Treker}} has a lack of understanding on how the general notability guidelines work. One reception clearly does not necessarily prove notability. Also definitely not on a primary source reward that doesn’t even seem to have an active source. That kind of reward is already linked on Nextwave anyway . This kind of logic is like saying Hans Gruber deserves an article out of Die Hard because he appeared in AFI's 100 Years...100 Heroes & Villains and because he’s cool as a villain (which he is). Maybe he is or maybe he isn’t. But the Burden of Proof is on your hands now. I will also ping {{ping|Namenamenamenamename}} as he wanted to merge Captain (comics). :I agree that Anger isn't notable enough to have his own page. There doesn't appear to be significant coverage of the character. He's only appeared 12 times according to Marvel Wikia and his appearances are limited to the Nextwave series, indicating a lack of notability within the comics.
