In a deliberate manner, they bypassed the AfC and promoted a company's page with a promotional tone and a possible conflict of interest. The article underwent two previous attempts - [https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Draft:Emirates_Development_Bank&redirect=no draft 1 (later copy-paste move to this page) and [https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Draft:Emirates_Development_Bank_PJSC draft 2]; but was subsequently reverted to the draft phase for incubation. In general, the page does not meet the criteria set forth in Wikipedia's policies on significant coverage, neutral point of view, and reliable sources for companies.
