Revision summary
Over the past few days, I have made substantial revisions to the Epilepsy article with the goal of improving clarity, accuracy, and structure. The rewrite was approached section by section, emphasizing evidence-based medicine, recent international guidelines (e.g. ILAE, NICE, Cochrane), and encyclopedic tone accessible to general readers. After editing the sections, I conducted a checked for cohesion across the article. Sections that remain unchanged are History and Contraception and pregnancy. All feedback is welcome. Thank you!
