Erdut is something of a special case - they're not mentioned in [http://www.nipp.hr/UserDocsImages/Registar%20geografska%20imena%20nacionalnih%20manjina%20RH.pdf Registar geografskih imena nacionalnih manjina RH] which is dated 2011, but I distinctly remember seeing at least three languages on the signposts when entering the municipality, and also street names. A quick lookup of news coverage turns up: [http://www.slobodnadalmacija.hr/Hrvatska/tabid/66/articleType/ArticleView/articleId/39865/Default.aspx Po Statutu Općine Erdut, ističe načelnik, hrvatski i srpski jezik te latinica i ćirilica ravnopravni su] in 2009. So I googled that, and http://www.opcina-erdut.hr/dokumenti/ links to a zipped doc with their statute from 2001 that has that written in plain sight as article 9. So unless someone can find e.g. a contradicting decision by the Ministry of Administration, that I presume oversees the various statutes, Erdut is also a fairly clear-cut case. The omission from the Registar... does not seem to be intentional. --Joy [shallot] (talk) 08:11, 25 February 2013 (UTC)

The State Geodetic Administration [http://www.dgu.hr/default.aspx?ID=23 still links to the 2011 (v1.0) document, without description]. OTOH when I searched for their main registry [http://www.dgu.hr/default.aspx?ID=330 I found that they were recently involved in a merger of two agencies]. It would not be unheard of that something fell through the cracks because of that unrelated organizational change. --Joy [shallot] (talk) 08:16, 25 February 2013 (UTC)

:: Ah, good find. Nevertheless, because the principle is acknowledged both by the primary and by the secondary authoritative source, there's no reason to avoid the notion from the article, but an explanatory note should be added to qualify the information. --Joy [shallot] (talk) 09:40, 1 March 2013 (UTC)
