Move proposal
Feminist history in the United Kingdom → Feminism in the United Kingdom — I think this article should be moved to Feminism in the United Kingdom to match the naming convention of similar articles. The article already defines its scope as including the present day, so there is no reason to limit it to historical events. Better to use the more general title and spin off a more specific article if needed later on. Kaldari (talk) 00:10, 17 January 2011 (UTC)
:Support, I agree. It makes more sense. --Mikitei (talk) 09:47, 18 January 2011 (UTC)

Merger proposal
{{Discussion top|1=The result of this discussion was to merge. However, since the discussion started someone boldly redirected the source article, so this consensus is now outdated.NukeofEarl (talk) 17:10, 2 April 2014 (UTC)}}
I propose that we merge Feminism in 1950s Britain into the 20th century section of this article. I don't think we really need separate articles for each decade of feminism in an individual country, especially since this broader article is still so meager. Kaldari (talk) 00:25, 17 January 2011 (UTC)

Intro
Copied stuff from [[History of feminism]]
{{Copied |from=History of feminism |from_oldid=554096949 |to={{PAGENAME}} |diff=http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Feminism_in_the_United_Kingdom&oldid=554193493 |small=yes}}
I've been copy editing History of feminism, and it's a mess. It currently puts undue weight on British feminist history, so I'm moving and duplicating relevant chunks into this article. czar · · 21:44, 8 May 2013 (UTC)
Lacking information
From 1950s Britain to 21st century there is a severe lack of information regarding feminism. Hope people can contribute — Preceding unsigned comment added by 2001:388:D000:1600:DC23:FF9E:94E5:3053 (talk) 18:39, 15 March 2014 (UTC)

Hello fellow Wikipedians,
I have just added archive links to {{plural:1|one external link|1 external links}} on Feminism in the United Kingdom. Please take a moment to review [https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?diff=prev&oldid=699028446 my edit]. If necessary, add {{tlx|cbignore}} after the link to keep me from modifying it. Alternatively, you can add {{tlx|nobots|deny{{=}}InternetArchiveBot}} to keep me off the page altogether. I made the following changes:
- Added archive https://web.archive.org/20080609074150/http://www.parliament.uk:80/about/images/historical/1918representation.cfm to http://www.parliament.uk/about/images/historical/1918representation.cfm

Too dense
This article is at 137 kb and should be split into History of feminism in the United Kingdom and Timeline of feminism in the United Kingdom -- Jabbi (talk) 00:49, 13 February 2024 (UTC)
