Change from “Is” to “Was”

With the upcoming deportations based on criticism of Israel, the first amendment is no longer valid, and has to be shown as such on the page. 2806:2F0:A0C1:FCC3:225D:DFF:FE1B:5350 (talk) 21:17, 10 March 2025 (UTC)

Question regarding short description

Idk if I'm being a casual regarding law, but aren't the rights protected under the First Amendment civil LIBERTIES and NOT civil rights? This should be fixed if my questions are correct. Thank you. -1ctinus📝🗨 12:40, 3 May 2025 (UTC)
