This page is 630,967 bytes long, which is far too big. What's the best way to subdivide it? Andy Mabbett (Pigsonthewing); Talk to Andy; Andy's edits 23:23, 5 December 2018 (UTC)

: I've split the first season as Food Paradise (season 1); the rest should follow, unless anyone has a better idea? Andy Mabbett (Pigsonthewing); Talk to Andy; Andy's edits 23:29, 5 December 2018 (UTC)

: The tables would also benefit from being converted to use {{Tl|Episode list}}. Andy Mabbett (Pigsonthewing); Talk to Andy; Andy's edits 23:36, 5 December 2018 (UTC)

{{u|Onel5969}} Please explain why you think the splitting is not proper. Onetwothreeip (talk) 13:08, 24 December 2018 (UTC)

: Hi {{u|Onetwothreeip}} - I did explain. See WP:PROPERSPLIT, which was not followed. When {{u|Venomous Sniper}} split off the articles (which I agree were warranted), they failed to provide proper attribution. This is against WP policy.Onel5969 TT me 13:12, 24 December 2018 (UTC)

::BTW - I intend to go back and self revert, with the proper attribution, after I slog through all the incorrect splits. In the interim, I've restored this article as I am redirecting all the splits back to it for the interim. In case I get interrupted and don't get back to it right away.Onel5969 TT me 13:15, 24 December 2018 (UTC)

::What exactly do you mean though? How wasn't it followed? Onetwothreeip (talk) 13:17, 24 December 2018 (UTC)

:::Well that was pointless. If you really wanted to be consistent with WP:PROPERSPLIT you could've just made some dummy edits and added that information to the edit summaries. I don't think I've ever seen a split being completely consistent with WP:PROPERSPLIT, which is a guide. Splits that don't completely follow those steps aren't somehow failed splits. Onetwothreeip (talk) 13:46, 24 December 2018 (UTC)

::::Why was it pointless? Now the articles have been properly attributed. And while a guide, attribution is a policy within that guide, as per WP's copyright policy.Onel5969 TT me 14:30, 24 December 2018 (UTC)

:::::It was pointless; you could have done the same thing, correctly, with a dummy (or 'null') edit. Andy Mabbett (Pigsonthewing); Talk to Andy; Andy's edits 21:56, 6 February 2019 (UTC)
