Concerns

:This is listed as a "A good article" and is generally a good read. There seems to be some confusion between "Notes" and "References", and it may just be on my end.

:One use of a Notes section is to provide explanatory notes or "tangential information". The two part notes section, sourced with the same sources used in the article, seems to go into overly detailed information that might be better suited in a history, or some other appropriate section.
