It does not match the criteria for speedy deletion.

1) The previous discussion about the page's deletion happened in 2016. This was 6 years ago, when the company was new and was indeed not notable. Six years have passed and the company has since become notable, because it is constantly mentioned in notable publications, which is a wikipedia criteria for company notability. I have provided sources that reference Geopolitical Futures to the article and listed more sources on the talk page. For example, Geopolitical Futures has been a periodical guest on Bloomberg TV. It has also been referenced on Newsweek, Financial Times, The New York Times, etc.

2) The new page does not have the same content as the page that was deleted six years ago. The page deletion from six years ago happened, because the article at that point had no credible sources listed that would have proved that the company is notable. That has now changed. The company has been mentioned on numerous other notable publications.
