Bowling in both innings

According to this page "Lohmann also holds the record for the most Test matches in a complete career (18) where a player bowled in both innings." I must be missing something here, there must be hundreds of bowlers who have bowled in both innings in more than 18 test matches. Could this sentence be re-written to better explain Lohmann's record (whatever it is)?
