Removed the section for following reasons:
first of all the reference doesn't seem to cover the statement. Assuming he did say it,
- are we sure he was referencing the Group of nine, and not some more recent mentions of G9 in relation to G8+china? [http://fpc.org.uk/publications/ExpandingG8China].
- Given the group of Nine's limited focus on cooperation within Europe. Seems like comparing apples and oranges.
- why would it even be relevant. It seems like a purely political statement. possibly poorly researched by speech writers.
Contested deletion
